Bring Presence Into Practice
LEARN HOW SOMATIC AWARENESS AND MINDFUL PRESENCE CAN DEEPEN SOLUTION-FOCUSED CONVERSATIONS – HELPING CLIENTS MOVE FROM INSIGHT TO ACTION WITH CLARITY, RESILIENCE AND INTENTION.
This interactive training explores how somatic awareness and mindful presence can strengthen solution-focused practice. Participants will learn a clear somatic definition of presence and how to apply it in conversations that support change, action, and forward movement.
The training introduces key concepts including somatics, mindfulness, and solution-focused work, followed by a brief experiential mindfulness exercise to help participants develop embodied awareness in real time.
Participants will explore practical ways to show up as a more mindful and present practitioner, and learn strategies for intentional state shifting that help individuals clarify their next steps, build resilience, and tolerate the discomfort that often accompanies meaningful change.
Through discussion, practical tools such as decision maps, and a case example, participants will leave with concrete strategies for integrating somatic presence into their daily practice and supporting clients in moving from awareness to action.
